Ransomware Detection
Ransomware detection identifies behaviours indicative of encryption or destructive activity, such as unusual file change rates, anomalous access patterns or known malware indicators. It operates across endpoints, networks, storage and backup systems. Consensus is that early detection is vital but must be coupled with immutable backups and recovery playbooks, because no detection layer is perfect and some attacks will succeed.
